Can I preorder anything on the site?

Is your gear made in the USA?
Yes. Our products are Berry Amendment Compliant (made in America, by Americans, out of the high-quality American-made materials). Everything is designed, cut, sewn, packaged, and shipped in the USA.
I have a good idea for a product; Gear Company X told me no or ignored me. Can you make it?

Can you build me a custom item or something you already make in a custom pattern?
Probably not due to the current historical surge in our industry, however, Email us at support@AXLadvanced.com to discuss your project. Projects for military, agency and law enforcement organizations will take priority over individual (civilian) projects.
Do you offer a Military/ LE discount?
No, our main customer base is Military/LE and we have priced all our products as low as we can upfront. If you are Military/LE and have to soon deploy, we can rush your order. If you are a DARC graduate (MIL/LE/FR/or Civilian), you qualify for a discount. Please email our customer service ( support@AXLadvanced.com ) the items, sizes, colors and QTY you want and we’ll get you squared away.
Why are your products so expensive?
We use only the highest quality American-made materials for all of our products with no compromise to design or quality. Our products are made by highly skilled American workers with a focus on quality.
My unit wants to order in bulk. How do we do that?

What shipping options do you have?
We ship all of our products through USPS with tracking. International shipments ship solely through DHL. Email us if you need expedited shipping through Fedex or UPS at support@AXLadvanced.com
I don't live in the USA, but would like to buy your gear. What are my options?

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/DPO.
How long will it take to get my order once it’s made and shipped?
USPS shipping normally gets it from Texas to most places CONUS in 2-4 days.
What if I want to return something?
AXL™ accepts returns on these conditions:
- The item(s) still include all of the original packaging, instructions, and receipt.
- The item(s) has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Return request must be made within seven (7) days from the delivery of the order.
In order to accept returns, we deduct a 35% restocking fee (covers the cost of restocking and inspection) plus the cost of the RMA shipping label during the refund process.
We do not offer "upgrade" services where a product can be exchanged for its newer version.
We'll work it all out with you through email (Support [@] AXLadvanced.com).
If you receive a product with manufacturing or materials defects, shoot us an email and we'll make it right. We're here for the long haul and want you to get years of use out of your gear. This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your RMA to be processed.
If your item was returned to sender without your knowledge, your order will be promptly refunded.
Returns are not accepted on sale-priced items, custom products, limited-edition products, or custom colors used on standard products.
Note: If the order was purchased internationally please contact customer service to return any items. However, the customs fees and international shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Returns must be marked as a return or warranty on the customs declaration or returns may be subjected to charges of custom fees during the refund process.
