Is the product I want in stock?
No, every sewn product is made to order. Lead-times may apply, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received (priority is given to Military, Law Enforcement and First Responder orders).
Are your AVS Skeletal Cummerbunds and products with Crye labels actually made by Crye Precision®?
Yes. We buy several products directly from Crye Precision® to modify and upgrade.
Is your gear made in the USA?
Yes. Our products are Berry Amendment Compliant (made in America, by Americans, out of the high quality American made materials). Everything is designed, cut, sewn, packaged, and shipped in the USA.
I have a good idea for something that Crye, FirstSpear®, Gear Company X told me no or ignored me that could benefit a lot of good people. Can you make it?

Can you build me a custom item or something you already make in a custom pattern?
Yes, Email us at support@AXLadvanced.com to discuss your project. Projects for military, agency and law enforcement organizations will take priority over individual (civilian) projects.
Do you offer a Military/ LE discount?
No, our main customer base is Military/LE and we have priced all our products as low as we can up front. Military/Law Enforcement orders will always take priority.
Why are your products so expensive?
We use only the highest quality American made materials for all of our products with no compromise to design or quality. Our products are made by highly skilled American workers with a focus on quality.
My unit wants to order in bulk. How do we do that?

What shipping options do you have?
We ship all of our products through USPS with tracking. Email us if you need expedited shipping through Fedex or UPS at support@AXLadvanced.com
I don't live in the USA, but would like to buy your gear. What are my options?
We will ship almost anywhere, however we have some limitations that are set by our suppliers, like FirstSpear® with their Tubes™ buckles. We are not allowed to sell products with Tubes™ buckles outside of the USA. Never fear, we can build your products with 2M ROC buckles, that are combat proven, and a great alternative to Tubes™ (2M ROC buckles are only available for AXL products sold outside the United States).
Can I become a dealer for your products?

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/DPO.
How long will it take to get my order once it’s made and shipped?
USPS shipping normally gets it from Texas to most places CONUS in 2-4 days.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
USPS will leave a note to pickup the package at your local post office anytime they are open. This helps keep your order from being stolen by porch pirates.
What if I want to return something?
If you receive a product with manufacturing or materials defects, shoot us an email at support@AXLadvanced.com and we'll make it right. This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
We can exchange unused, undamaged, defect-free products still in their original packaging within fourteen (14) days of the shipping date. Expect to pay the shipping back to us, and shipping of the new product. We'll work it all out with you through email (support@AXLadvanced.com).
What if my Crye Precision® product is broken, can you fix it?
If the product was made and purchased from Crye Precision® you will need to contact their customer support to get the product repaired. Crye customer support # 718-246-3838
