Shipping Policy

In order to provide customers with the most up to date information about their order, we ship all products via USPS. We will hold your order until all items are completed, customers will be updated of their order status via email.

We ship to APO/FPO locations using USPS but as they do not offer exact tracking of packages to such locations. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken packages shipped to these addresses.

While we do ship to international locations, customers are responsible for all customs, taxes, and other charges.

As shipping charges are frequently updated by carriers, we reserve the right to change the shipping charge from initial estimates.

As a way to reduce stolen packages, we ship all products with a signature required for delivery. Please contact your local carrier if you experience any issues receiving your package.
