Doesn't fit. Absolutely not compatible with Ear Fuzz

Tried until my fingers were raw and could not successfully get it to work. While it is disappointing that there are no instructions and the photo doesn't explain anything, it was somewhat intuitive how it was *supposed* to work. But with an Ear Fuzz panel installed (as seen in the picture) there simply wasn't enough room or clearance to clip the earpiece back into the AXL RAC Gen II adapter arm. I squeezed until I was afraid I was going to snap the RAC arm and I just gave up. *Maybe* it would work if the Ear Fuzz wasn't installed, but that wasn't the direction I wanted to go. Also if you install it so it is situated under the AXL adapter (as pictured) it absolutely impinges on the forward microphone. The picture is misleading. Don't waste your money on this. I've got no problem with AXL's other products (of which I own a few), but this item simply isn't one of them.

Extremely frustrated

$10.00 + shipping for a little piece of tegris and a few inches of one-wrap, and zero documentation in sight. Maybe it's meant to be intuitive, but it took me nearly a half hour screwing around with the VERY fiddly part before getting it installed, and now it looks like the retainer impinges on the front-facing mic of the earcup of my Comtac Vs. Did I install it incorrectly? There's no way to know since apparently Axl thinks that the photos in this listing are sufficient documentation (they are not). Love that they include a card with a a link to AXLManuals.com that does not include a manual for this product. Avoid this product until Axl steps up their game.
