Details
The Flex Cuff Retainer (FCR) is a simplistic organizational placard designed to utilize the dead space between the rear plate bag and back-panel. The FCR can also be MOLLE'd anywhere to fit the user's needs. The three elastic columns can be used to retain Flex Cuffs, flares, breaching pens, TQs, or other similar-sized equipment. The bottom elastic provides additional retention or cable routing.
