The Charlie Panel is a light weight, low profile, triple cell elastic magazine panel designed to retain a wide range of items including magazines, tools, initiators, tourniquets and more. 

 Featuring our unique pass through design, the Charlie Panel adds expandable, horizontal storage, perfect for securing initiators, maps, admin items, tools, or whatever else the end user requires. The pass through has internal tie down points, a loop backer that accepts inserts from the Forge Concepts Rigid Insert System, wing pouches, and Charlie Zippers which convert the pass through to a zippered admin pouch. 

The Charlie Panel has integrated bungee retention tabs that double as tie down points and each cell can accept any hook backed flap or insert on the market including the Charlie Flaps. The front of the Charlie Panel features loop panels to secure flaps as well as a channel that accepts the Viper Tab variant of the Charlie Flaps, offering secure retention and silent opening & closure.

The sides of the Charlie Panel have elastic loops, which are sized to securely hold chem lights, markers, and decompression needles.

FAQ:

• Q: Will the Charlie Panel mount to my placard, cummerbund, etc?
• A: The Charlie Panel uses a standard six MOLLE column wide mounting system. It will fit on any placard, panel, bag, etc that has six MOLLE columns.
  
• Q: How much does the pass through expand?
• A: It depends on how much you have in the cells on the front. With a PMAG in each cell in the front, you can easily fit two more PMAGs in the pass through just for some sizing context. It is more than expandable enough for most breaching systems, admin items, smaller tools, magazines, and devices like Kestrels, VSLIMs, IZLIDs, etc.
• Q: What size inserts fit in the pass through?
• A: The pass through has loop on the interior that will accept any of our Standard Size inserts from the Rigid Insert System. Additionally, any insert, or wing that is up to 5" tall will fit. 
  
• Q: If the pass through is empty does it cause the Charlie Panel to sag?
• A: No, the pass through stays completely flat when not used and does not cause the magazine cells in front of it to sag at all.
