Production Worker

We are seeking positive individuals to join our team for full-time and part-time positions!

AXL Advanced is a local tactical gear design and manufacturing company seeking motivated people to join our team. We are rapidly expanding and looking for someone to grow with us!

Duties:

Feed raw materials into production machinery
Assemble goods on production lines
Monitor the production process
Carry out basic quality and testing checks
Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
Pack goods to be shipped
Maintain work areas and equipment
Assist with other tasks as needed and identified by management

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to work in a moderate noise environment
Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Able to work on foot or seated for extended periods of time
Strong communication skills
Able to cross-train on other positions within Production
Reliable mode of transportation
Must be comfortable working around firearms and military gear

Additional Skills we are looking for (Not Required, however a big plus if you have them):

Experience in a production sewing environment (apparel, back packs, pouches, purses, bags, outdoor gear, etc).
Sewing on an industrial sewing machine.
Knowledge of Military and/or Law Enforcement load-bearing gear. (MOLLE/PALs), body armor vests, plate carriers, chest rigs, and ammo pouches from major brands (Spiritus, Crye, Ferro, Eagle, LBT, etc).
Military Veteran and/or First Responder.
Software Programs: Shopify, Shipstation, Netsuite, Microsoft Office programs. (email, Word, and excel) or similar google app versions.
Experience with firearms, airsoft, milsim magfed paintball, etc.

Compensation / Job Advantages:

Work in a comfortable heated and air-conditioned facility
Starting wage of $14.00+ per hour: based on your knowledge and experience
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Health, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Available after 90 days for full-time
401K Available after 1 year for full-time
