Does AXL offer a MIL or LE Discount?

We do not offer a Mil/LE discount since the majority of our customer base is made up of service members and we try our best to price our products as low as we can. Current DARC graduates ARE elidgible for a discount with proof of course certification.

We offer design consultation on a case by case basis, please contact support@axladvanced.com for inquiries.

What if I want to return or exchange something?

We accept returns or exchanges on the following conditions: Item(s) include all original paperwork and packaging, item(s) has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way, return/exchange requests must be made within (7) days from delivery date of the order.

*Please note a 35% restocking fee is applied to all accepted returns. This covers inspection, restocking, and shipping during the refund process.

My product is unserviceable/broken/ripped can you fix it?

We're in it for the long haul and offer an original purchaser guarantee. If an issue occurs with one of our products please email support@axladvanced.com with photos/details and we will either repair or replace your item.

I just ordered, but want to cancel it. What should I do?

Reach out to support@axladvanced.com with your order number to cancel. Please note: for Items that have not yet shipped a 15% cancellation/restock fee will be applied.
