Turns PALS backed pouches into hook VELCRO® backed pouches for attachment to kangaroo pouches, placards, First Spear® cummerbunds, Crye SPC AirLite detachable flaps, and plate carriers, or any loop covered surface. Available in 2, 4, and 6 PALS/MOLLE wide slots. Comes as a set of two.
